We are looking for a Parts Sales/ Administrative Associate for an established John Deere Tractor Dealership. Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Build productive trust relationships with customers Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products Answering phone calls Assisting walk in customers Assisting Store Service Department with Part Needs Looking up parts and attachments for equipment utilizing manuals and computers Handle parts returns Handle Parts Invoicing and Billing Checking in Inventory/Maintaining accurate inventory levels/Complying with inventory control procedures Job Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Basic Math skills Computer Skills Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address customer issues in a timely manner/
