Job Description
Position Summary Carolina Camp Cedar and Pickens Golf Club are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to serve as a Pro Shop & Campground Guest Services Attendant . This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for golfers, campers, cabin guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers in the golf pro shop, processing campground and cabin check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering questions, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities Golf Pro Shop Duties Greet golfers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Process tee times, golf rounds, and merchandise sales Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit card, and member transactions Assist with golf cart rentals and returns Stock merchandise, snacks, and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Campground Guest Services Duties Welcome campground and cabin guests upon arrival Process guest check-ins and check-outs Assist guests with reservations and site assignments Provide information about campground amenities, activities, and local attractions Address guest questions and concerns in a professional manner Help ensure a positive guest experience throughout each stay
