What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service. Listen to customers' needs and recommend the right products and solutions. Build relationships by sharing product knowledge and project advice. Process sales, special orders, and customer inquiries accurately. Stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and create attractive product displays. Keep your department clean, organized, and ready for business. Assist customers with loading purchases when needed. Support inventory accuracy through stocking and cycle counts. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and seasonal merchandise. Work as part of a team to create an outstanding shopping experience every day. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and passion for helping others. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
