Exempt Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information on different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Educate customers on different strains, product, and consumption methods.
• Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Adhere to all regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Must be 21 years or older (as required by law)
• Current MED badge
• Excellent mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a challenging environment in accordance with company standards.
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

• Tribal MMJ employee Badge (must be able to obtain a badge prior to beginning employment)
