Your energy and proactive approach will help create a lively shopping environment, promote product awareness, and deliver exceptional service. Whether you're guiding customers through product demos or managing transactions at the POS (Point of Sale) system, your contributions will be vital to our store's success. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing Assist customers with product inquiries, including vaping supplies, convenience items, and alternative smoke products Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and organize products to maintain an attractive store appearance Manage inventory by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability Maintain clean and organized store environment by performing routine cleaning and merchandising tasks Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy following proper phone etiquette Promote sales through suggestive selling techniques and personalized recommendations Keep store CLEAN and organized. CLEAN display cases, vacuum ect Skills Proficiency with POS systems for processing sales accurately and efficiently Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers, enhancing their understanding and interest Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable attitude that fosters loyalty Join us at Coyote Convenience & Vape where your energy fuels our success!
