Job Description
We're hiring a Sales Associate to own our sales function in this territory. Pay is negotiable and can be structured around what you bring to the table; we'll discuss what fits your experience and needs during the interview. This is not a lead-gen or hand-off role. You take a customer from first contact to signed deal to delivered product — no dropping the ball at the finish line. If you don't follow through, this isn't the right seat for you. You own the outcome, good or bad, and you fix problems instead of reporting them. Sales Associate Mountain Barn Builders — Clarkrange Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships from first contact through delivery — you own that relationship end to end, not a handoff to someone else. Prepare, present, and close sales proposals. Deliver sales forecasts to management on schedule. Build and execute sales strategy for your assigned location; track results and adjust based on what the numbers tell you. Research competitors and analyze market trends and pricing to sharpen your approach. Represent us at trade shows and promotional events. Keep the lot and stock looking sharp — that's on you too. Requirements Self-starter who needs minimal supervision. Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Comfortable owning a result, not just a task. Some minimal travel required between sales lots and the corporate office.
