Paint Store Associate

Responsibilities Spanish speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Assist customers in selecting paints, coatings, and related products by understanding their project needs and offering tailored recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette. Mix and tint paint to match customer needs. Able to lift 50lbs regularly Load paint and supplies for customers when needed Comfortable working with customers and contractors Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure products are well-organized and accessible. Support upselling initiatives by suggesting complementary products such as brushes, primers, or tools to maximize sales opportunities. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and communicating inventory needs to ensure product availability. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer populations. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices to keep the store organized and inviting. This is an active job that includes helping customers load paint, stocking shelves, and staying on your feet throughout the day. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
