Job Description
Tire Sales Associate Job Summary Looking for a customer service position where you can put your sales skills to work? Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Tire Sales Associate for a growing tire service company in Columbia, TN . If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Pay $18 .00 pe r hour
Shift Time:
7 :00 a m to 3:30p m Monday through Friday Will work some overtime as needed until 5:30p Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with selecting the right tires and services
- Provide quotes, create service orders, and process payments
- Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service technicians
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and confidently discuss pricing and close sales
- Basic computer and POS system experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
