Store Leader

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to invest in and guide our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and team development, and the ability to create and build relationships with our guests. The Store Lead will also play a key role in inventory management, staff training, and maintaining store standards. Duties Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering and stocking products. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and employees. Upholding standards and expectations of the Brand Engage in recruiting efforts to build a strong team; conduct interviews as needed. Build relationships with those in the community and deliver above average service. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail regulations. Skills Previous barista experience

REQUIRED

Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Experience in inventory management, ordering, and cash handling. Proven management experience with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities Previous experience in leadership roles is advantageous.
