What You'll Do As a Customer Sales Consultant , you will be at the forefront of the customer experience. From the moment a customer arrives to the final steps of their purchase, you will guide and educate them, making the process seamless and enjoyable. You'll also have an exclusive opportunity to sell from a diverse inventory of over 150 pre-owned vehicles. Lead customers through the entire sales process —from initial engagement to closing the deal. Be a trusted advisor , ensuring customers understand the features and benefits of their new vehicle. Utilize our CRM tools for effective follow-up and customer relationship management. Assist in building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Stay on top of the market trends and continuously learn about our evolving product lineup. What You Bring We're looking for team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and have the following qualities: A strong work ethic and drive to exceed goals. Excellent communication and listening skills —both in person and on the phone. A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic sales environment. The desire to be a part of a high-performing team that sets and achieves goals together.
