• Overview:

• We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail store. The Retail Sales Associate will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

• Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about our products.
• Conduct product demos and showcase product features and benefits to customers.
• Ring up sales and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting our products.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in retail sales and the ability to effectively sell products.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to conduct product demos.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong retail math skills and the ability to process transactions accurately.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling products.
• Bilingual skills are an asset in this role.
