Retail Experience Crew Member

Job Summary:

Cordelia's Market is seeking friendly and energetic Retail Experience Crew Members to support daily store operations and provide an excellent customer experience. This role focuses on assisting shoppers, maintaining product displays, and supporting smooth retail operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service Assist customers with product selection and inquiries Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately Support inventory restocking and product organization Assist with store promotions and daily operations

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Reliable, punctual, and professional behavior Previous retail experience is a plus
