What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, delivering a VIP-level experience from the very first interaction. Contact prospective leads to schedule new patient consultations. Answering patient phone calls and scheduling. Manage high-volume, multi-line phone systems with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Schedule and coordinate new patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail. Navigate Open Dental confidently for scheduling, patient communication, and documentation Educate patients on our cosmetic and implant services with clarity and compassion Maintain a calm, solution-oriented mindset while multitasking in a dynamic environment Build trust-based relationships that turn first-time callers into lifelong patientsWhat We're Looking For Dental experience required ; Open Dental experience strongly preferred Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written Proven ability to multitask while maintaining precision and follow-through High attention to detail and strong organizational skills A positive, can-do attitude with a natural passion for helping people Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a start-up-style growth environment A genuine love for patient care and relationship building.
