This Patient Registration Greeter role Supports clinical and revenue cycle teams in the day-to-day operations of the front desk by ensuring excellent customer service and patient throughput. Greets and serves patients who enter the clinic lobby in a friendly, professional, caring, service-oriented manner, directing them to check in via kiosks. This position will be an active, on your feet position, working shifts of 3-5 hours at a time in a busy clinic answering questions and helping patients with questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and assist with kiosk check-in Answer questions and support patient flow in a busy clinic Provide friendly and professional customer service Must enjoy working with patients of all ages Have strong communication skills Be dependable and willing to learn new processes Must be comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred EHR and NexGen experience preferred Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
