Part-Time Specialty & Taproom Team Member Pruett's Market is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Specialty Team Member to join our team on Signal Mountain. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing our specialty products, and supporting our taproom and outdoor seating areas.

Hours & Schedule Part-Time:

Under 29 hours per week

Availability:

Primarily evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities Specialty Retail:

Learn, stock, and assist customers across all Specialty sub-departments, including: Beer, Wine, Mixers, CBD, Specialty Chocolate, Specialty Cheese, Specialty Coffee, Gifts & Novelties, and Floral.

Bar Operations:

Manage bar service by pouring draft beers and wine.

Patio Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness, organize seating, and ensure an inviting atmosphere in the patio area.

Customer Service:

Retain product knowledge to guide patrons toward ideal selections for any occasion.

Job Requirements Age:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Skills:

Strong customer service, leadership, prioritization, and team-building skills.

Experience:
