Summary We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team at Garrison Food Mart in the heart of the community. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. Prepare food items according to established standards and safety guidelines. Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in customer service or food handling is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is a plus. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
