Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions. Assist customers with product selection; providing 5-star service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts. Maintain organized merchandise displays. Support store operations by managing inventory levels, conducting stock replenishments, and assisting with merchandising efforts. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. 7 years of retail experience. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking duties and maintain attractive displays.
