Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on lawn care, landscape maintenance, floral design, and gardening products Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about plant identification, horticulture techniques, and outdoor equipment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations Maintain attractive displays through merchandising and stocking to enhance product visibility and appeal Support inventory management by organizing stockroom areas, conducting stock counts, and replenishing shelves regularly Offer exceptional customer service via phone communication for product inquiries or order assistance, including e-commerce support Promote seasonal products and special promotions to boost sales while ensuring an organized shopping environment Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or outdoor work environments preferred; knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is a plus Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have to serve diverse customers effectively Ability to identify plants accurately and provide gardening advice confidently Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays efficiently Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and outdoor projects Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your retail expertise!
