JOB DESCRIPTION

AR's Entertainment Hub is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Specialist! The Guest Services Specialist position requires a strong communicator and customer service personality who will guide our Guests through their initial experience at AR's and guide them to purchase a package to satisfy customer needs & upsell when appropriate. As the first & last contact a customer will get at AR's, Guest Service specialists must ensure the customer enters and leaves satisfied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets Guests upon entering & exiting Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on attraction packages & items Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers. Notifies Manager of any Guest that is perceived to be unhappy Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, suspected fraud or theft of services, and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable. Sells front desk merchandise Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Good with technology and is comfortable with operating a computer & Point of Sale (POS) system. Work flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays, as needed)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions Move about facility and stand for long periods of time (over 2/3 of the time) This position is very active and requires standing, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling Requires lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs
