Responsibilities Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately during retail sales transactions, including cash handling and drawer management Greet customers warmly, offering product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and support merchandising efforts to ensure an attractive and well-organized store layout Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist in inventory management through stocking and inventory checks to ensure product availability Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing daily store operations Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities is a plus but not required, to connect effectively with diverse customers Experience with cashiering, cash register operations, and cash drawer handling required for smooth transaction processing Ability to perform retail sales tasks efficiently while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
