Operating POS systems, your contributions will be vital to our store's success and community presence. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to a smoke and Vape shop. Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures. Maintain organized merchandise displays through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure an attractive shopping environment. Support e-commerce initiatives by helping customers with online orders or product inquiries via phone communication. Engage in effective communication with customers in multiple languages (multilingual skills preferred) to serve diverse community needs. Skills Experience with retail sales processes including cashiering, POS systems, retail math, and stock management. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Proven organizational skills for merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
