From $10.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Associate to join our smoke and vape shop team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, assist them in selecting products, and help maintain a well-organized and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working in retail, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in providing helpful product guidance while following all store policies and age-verification requirements. Key Duties Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience Check customer identification and comply with all legal age requirements Help customers find products and explain differences between available options Suggest related products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions Process transactions accurately using the store POS system Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the sales floor clean Support inventory management and assist with stock counts when needed Address customer questions or concerns in a courteous manner Work with team members to keep daily store operations running smoothly Share ideas that could improve product displays or sales performance Requirements Retail sales experience is helpful but not required Friendly personality with strong customer service skills Basic familiarity with vape or smoke shop products is a plus Comfortable discussing products responsibly with customers Ability to operate a POS register and handle cash transactions Dependable and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Must meet the legal age requirement to work in a smoke/vape retail store High school diploma or equivalent preferred Should be flexible to work any hours and be available for backup if employee calls out Employment Type Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
