We're looking for joyful, dedicated, and hard-working individuals who want to provide top-notch customer service to fellow chocolate lovers. If the qualities above sound like you, we NEED you! We're seeking Level 1 Chocolate and Sales Associates for both opening and closing shifts.

Duties & Expectations:

Address all customer needs happily and helpfully Take orders quickly and accurately in person and over the phone Maintain a clean and organized work space while operating with high standards of cleanliness Be knowledgeable on all products, flavors, processes, and important information Help with kitchen duties like scaling out recipes, piping ganache, sorting and organizing chocolate, bagging/boxing products, etc. Complete opening or closing duties as instructed Complete various tasks as assigned Be open to constructive criticism and honest feedback Be a team player and always be willing to offer a helping hand (you'll catch all of us taking out the trash or mopping at some point) Spread chocolate happiness with a positive attitude, kind words, and a helpful heart!

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Food Handlers certificate must be obtained before your first day of work You MUST be present and available to work during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's, etc.) Maintain a flexible schedule based on shop needs Have reliable and dependable transportation Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members as well as customers Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand and work on your feet for long shifts Must have evening and weekend availability Know how to do basic math and how to accurately process cash, credit cards, and other payment methods

Qualifications & Perks:
