Sales Associate

About the role We're hiring reliable and adaptable retail sales associates to join our team during an exciting store remodel at both of our locations. You'll play a hands-on role helping customers with their hardware needs and navigate through change during the remodel. What you'll do Greet and assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and recommending solutions for their home improvement and hardware needs Stay current on product locations and promotions during an active store remodel — helping customers navigate changes with a positive attitude Operate the point-of-sale system, process returns, and handle cash and card transactions accurately Restock shelves, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the sales floor clean and organized Communicate clearly with the team and managers Support receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks as needed What we're looking for Prior retail, customer service, or hardware/home improvement experience preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality Ability to stand for extended periods, help with team lifts, and lift up to 94 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality — our team depends on you Forklift experienced - preferred but not required Weekend and holiday availability a plus Why join us Employee discount Hands-on training and ongoing product knowledge development Opportunity to grow into lead and supervisory roles Supportive team environment with experienced management Competitive pay - experience determines

Schedule Full-time:

35-40 hrs/week, including at least one weekend day. Flexible shifts between 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Part-time:
