Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, offering assistance with product selection and answering questions about store merchandise. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, inviting, and well-maintained. Assist with merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is displayed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette or in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Support inventory management through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels. Engage in supervising experience by guiding new team members or assisting in team coordination when needed. Demonstrate knowledge of retail store products, including grocery items if applicable, to better serve customer needs. Participate in product demos and promotional events to educate customers about new or featured items. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in vape shop or similar environments. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is highly desirable. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience in supervising or leading team members can be advantageous but is not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer interaction are essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices enhances overall performance.
