Overview:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused retail environment. We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to drive revenue growth and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
- Provide information about products, explain features, and demonstrate the use of products
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Meet or exceed sales goals through product promotion and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
