How you will make an IMPACT Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to consistently represent the Fanatics Brand, FIFA Brand, and Retail Event positively. Support retail build operations, including assembling optical displays, infrastructure setup, and Point of Sale (POS) installation, as needed. Collaborate with location supervisors to ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and event ready. Troubleshoot and resolve sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. Assist with receiving, properly displaying, and storing inventory to maintain optimal stock presentation. Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization with strong attention to detail and adherence to company standards. Execute planogram placements and support retail merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility. Prepare products for retail readiness by tagging, hanging, and re-merchandising as necessary. Organize and manage supplies and equipment to ensure smooth retail operations. Wrap pallets securely following events to facilitate efficient merchandise handling. Load and unload merchandise trucks safely and effectively. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Fanatics Values and their application to Retail Event Operations Associate responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Retail Event Leadership team to support event success What you bring to the team: Minimum age of 18 years; High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in venue, retail, or merchandise environments preferred but not required. Possess a fun, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor. Ability to quickly build and apply product knowledge. Strong team player, able to thrive in fast-paced environments while serving a diverse fan base. Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness. Demonstrated resilience with a positive, can-do attitude when overcoming obstacles. Punctual, consistent, and reliable work ethic. Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility as needed. Ability to continuously transport up to 30 lbs. safely. Capable of standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the venue for extended periods. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; actively encourage team compliance, identify and report unsafe conditions, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training. Retail, event, or operations experience is recommended; additional training will be provided prior to the event. Consistently practice safe work habits and complete all required safety training. Event schedules may involve exposure to various weather conditions (rain, wind, cold, heat) if assigned to outdoor locations. Maintain regular, consistent attendance and punctuality throughout the event or assignment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Commitment to the full duration of the FIFA World Cup Event schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
