Saturday & Sunday, 11:30 AM 6:30
PMPay:
Starting at $15-18/hour + tips, depending on experienceAbout the PositionParmeson Wines is looking for a friendly, dependable, and sales-minded person to join our tasting room team in the Texas Hill Country.

This is a part-time weekend position for someone who enjoys wine, meeting people, and creating a great guest experience. Our tasting room features our Parmeson wines along with a selection of Italian wines we import directly from small producers in Italy.

What You'll DoWelcome guests and guide them through engaging wine tastings.

Learn our wines and help guests find wines they'll enjoy.

Sell wine by the bottle and encourage repeat visits.

Introduce guests to the Parmeson Wine Club and build club membership.

Process tasting room and retail sales using our POS system.

Assist with scheduled tastings, wine club events, and special events.

Help keep the tasting room organized, stocked, and inviting.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

What We're Looking ForFriendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers.

A natural interest in sales and providing great hospitality.

Dependable and able to work independently as part of a small team.

Interest in wine and a willingness to learn.

Previous tasting room, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus.

Available Saturdays and Sundays.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 40 lbs.

Must be 21 or older.

What We OfferStarting pay at $15-18/hour plus tips, depending on experience.
