Job Overview Join our vibrant Texan Vapor retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive exceptional shopping experiences. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, assist with product selection, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized. Your energy and dedication will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting relationships. Whether guiding customers through our extensive product offerings or managing sales transactions, you will play a vital part in our store's success and growth. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on a wide range of products, including those in smoke and Vape Shops. Assist customers with describing products. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an appealing shopping environment. Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, seasonal promotions, and store policies to inform customer interactions effectively. Communicate clearly with team members and customers via phone or in person to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Strong Product Knowledge of Smoke and Vapes Shop Preferred. Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques. Exceptional organizational skills to manage stocking schedules, product displays, and store cleanliness effectively. Customer service excellence with the ability to listen actively and resolve inquiries promptly.
