We sell cabinets to contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners. This is an in-person, office-based position focused on helping customers, preparing cabinet layouts and quotes, and processing orders. Responsibilities Welcome walk-in customers and answer phone and email inquiries. Help customers choose cabinet styles, finishes, sizes, and accessories. Assist with basic cabinet layouts using customer measurements and project requirements. Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and turn inquiries into orders. Enter orders and process payments accurately, checking item numbers, quantities, finishes, and pricing. Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, pickups, and deliveries. Keep customer records, order paperwork, and showroom samples organized. Qualifications Experience in customer service, inside sales, showroom sales, or order processing. Friendly, clear communication and a practical approach to solving customer problems. Strong attention to detail when handling measurements, quotes, payments, and orders. Comfortable using computers, email, and order-entry systems. Able to work with basic measurements and cabinet layouts. Experience with cabinets, countertops, kitchen and bath products, or building materials is preferred. Cabinet design software experience is a plus.
