The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets. Shifts available :

Full-time:

one position available if full time Sunday

• 10am-10pm monday
• 9 AM to 10 PM Tuesday-9 AM to 10 PM Wednesday
• 9am•3pm

Part-time:

two positions available if part time sunday

• wensday 1st shift :10 AM to 3 PM 2nd shift: 3 PM to 10 PM Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Demonstrate strong selling skills to effectively promote and sell products. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing transactions and inventory. Experience with supervising or training staff is beneficial for those looking to advance within the company.
