Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately at the cash register while ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in sales analysis and inventory management. Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
