ABOUT TINT TEK PLUS
Tint Tek Plus is a growing automotive window tint and paint protection film (PPF) shop serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We specialize in premium automotive protection services and take pride in delivering high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Front Desk Sales Representative who can become the face of our shop and help us continue to grow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a sales position—not a traditional receptionist role. You will be the first point of contact for customers who call, message, or walk into our shop. Your job is to understand what the customer needs, explain our products and packages clearly, recommend the right options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale. You'll also manage appointments, payments, customer follow-ups, and communication between customers and our installation team. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet every customer professionally and create an excellent first impression Answer incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries Explain window tint, PPF, and other automotive protection options Provide quotes and confidently guide customers toward the right package Close sales and convert inquiries into booked appointments Identify upsell opportunities and recommend premium packages and add-ons Follow up with leads who received quotes but haven't booked Confirm appointments and maintain an organized daily schedule Process payments, invoices, cash, and card transactions through our POS system Coordinate with installers to keep jobs and customer expectations on schedule Keep the showroom, displays, and customer areas clean and professional Follow up after completed services for customer satisfaction, Google reviews, and referrals Help maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our booking/CRM system
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
1+ year of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience Strong communication and people skills Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale Ability to explain products, overcome objections, and recommend upgrades Organized and able to handle phones, walk-ins, messages, appointments, and payments simultaneously Comfortable learning POS, scheduling, and CRM software Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and attitude Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive shop environment
Strongly Preferred:
Bilingual in English and Spanish Automotive, dealership, specialty retail, or service-industry experience Proven sales or upselling experience Experience working toward sales goals or performance targets Experience with booking software, CRM systems, or customer follow-up Familiarity with Google Reviews and customer retention
A Plus, But Not Required:
Window tint, PPF, detailing, wrap, or automotive knowledge Previous leadership or management experience Don't know tint or PPF? That's okay. We'll train the right person on our products, packages, and sales process. We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, communication skills, and ability to sell.

SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Monday-Saturday | 8-Hour Shifts Applicants must have reliable transportation and consistent availability during scheduled hours.
