Full Job Description Job Overview:

Prima Dora and Lazer Beam are located on the historic Georgetown Square, we are two high volume gift shops with one of a kind finds, supporting local artists. We are seeking part-time and full time Retail Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers on various products from local artists .
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems.
• Restocking and merchandising of store.

Requirements:

• MUST LOVE CATS

• Prior experience in retail sales
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must be flexible to work days,nights .

WEEKENDS and

HOLIDAYS

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts.
