This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their car wash experience Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services, boosting sales performance Provide support with phone etiquette by answering customer inquiries professionally and courteously Experience Previous sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in the car wash industry Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is highly desirable Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and customer service aptitude This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy engaging with people.
