This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the golf program, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the golf course and related facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of golf operations, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality and customer service. Responsibilities Lead and manage all golf operations, including tee times, reservations, and player services to ensure seamless guest experiences Train, supervise, and motivate golf staff, including outside services, marshals, starters, pro shop employees and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment Oversee staff scheduling, shift management, and training programs to maintain high standards of service delivery Develop and implement programs for member engagement, tournaments, events management, and special outings Monitor daily course conditions, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols to uphold quality standards Manage operational budgets, control cash handling procedures, and oversee inventory for pro shop retail items Coordinate with event venues for hosting tournaments, corporate events, and social gatherings while ensuring excellent guest services Requirements Proven experience in golf course management or as a Head Golf Professional with supervisory responsibilities Completion of PGA certification highly preferred (minimum level 2) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Technical proficiency in golf management software, Microsoft Office suite, report writing, and operational tools Demonstrated ability in event management, including tournaments and special events planning Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash handling, and operational decision-making Knowledge of hospitality standards within golf course environments is highly desirable Join us as our Head Golf Professional to lead with enthusiasm, elevate our guest experience through exceptional service delivery, and drive the success of our vibrant golf community.
