Surmount is growing and looking to hire Retail Sales Associates to join our sales team. The Retail Sales Associate role is focused on working face-to-face with customers, explaining available Frontier services, and assisting with new account setup. It's an entry-level position, and no prior sales experience is required. Retail Sales Associate:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, helpful assistance throughout their visit Walk customers through service options, including plan details, pricing, and available deals Listen to customer needs and suggest the most suitable service options based on their situation and budget Complete new customer sign-ups and ensure all required information is entered correctly and efficiently Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused approach Work closely with teammates to share best practices and improve overall sales performance Keep up to date on products, service updates, and current promotional offers Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing activities as needed

Qualifications Retail Sales Associate:

Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer setting Ability to talk with customers clearly and confidently Motivated and reliable Able to work in a changing retail environment Experience in customer service, sales, or a retail setting is preferred but not required
