Requirements Exceptional communication and customer service skills; ability to engage effectively with various customers. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new information or skills. Prior sales or retail experience is recommended but not mandatory; training is provided to all new hires. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices to execute effective sales strategies. Technical aptitude with POS systems and other sales processing software.
