Harker Heights, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $7.25 - $9.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Responsibilities Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders and operate the POS system Maintain a clean and organized work area Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies as needed Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work efficiently with other team members, especially during busy hours Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties Qualifications No previous experience required Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Able to learn recipes and follow instructions Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to help teammates and take initiative Coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible availability is preferred Weekend and evening availability is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and understands that great customer service and teamwork are just as important as making a great drink.
