Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Manage credit/debit card transactions Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining product presentation standards Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting via phone communications Support inventory management by stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting Requirements Food Handlers & TABC Certifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos confidently while engaging customers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively retail environment!
