Job Overview Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional customer experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through our diverse product offerings, including hemp, kratom, e-cig supplies, and more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on products related hemp, kratom, e-cig supplies, ETC. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that fits their needs and preferences, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Stock shelves efficiently, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Knowledge of Hemp, Kratom, & E-Cig's preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and merchandise well-organized Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting customers with products Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach Join us as a Retail Sales Associate and become part of a team dedicated to the best customer service!
