✔ Curated, high-end product selections ✔ Exceptional customer experience ✔ Strong relationships within the A&D community ✔ A growing footprint in the luxury design market Position Overview We are seeking a Design Sales Associate for our Irving showroom —a motivated, design-savvy professional who thrives in a client-facing, high-touch sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetics, enjoys working with designers and homeowners, and can confidently guide clients through material selections for luxury residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Assist clients (designers, architects, builders, homeowners) with product selection and project consultation Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A&D community Generate and manage sales leads from showroom traffic and outreach efforts Prepare quotes, follow-ups, and close sales opportunities Maintain showroom presentation to reflect brand standards Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, and materials What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in design sales, showroom sales, or interior design (tile, stone, flooring, or related industry preferred) Strong eye for design, color, and material coordination Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Experience with CRM systems and quoting is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation High earning potential based on performance Opportunity to work with premium/luxury clientele Career growth within a rapidly expanding company Supportive and design-driven team culture Why Join Us?
