Job Description

Retail & Customer Relations Lead This is an opportunity for those experienced pool experts to have a career change and/or better career path. If you worked retail and want a change in pace or environment this is a great opportunity for you as well. Pinch A Penny #289 is a family-owned and operated pool retailer, pool maintenance, and pool repair provider. We are focused on helping our customers and clients have the cleanest and safest pools, serving our community, and providing a fun and fast-paced work environment. We have an amazing lead in the position, but we are looking to onboard a new lead and give the current some other growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
No laundry list. Retail experience and/or pool experience is greatly valued. Job responsibilities include managing a pool retail store, providing a great experience, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. CPO Certification (not required, but a plus) RAIL Certification (not required, but a plus)
