Responsibilities Customer Assistance & Communication- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics Mindedness
- Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations
- Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
- Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Company systems. Diagnostics Support
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Must be at least 16 years old to apply.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.Flexible Schedule:
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Youll Go The Extra Mile If You HaveAutomotive Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.Exceptional Communication:

Previous experience in automotive retail.Certifications:
