HOTWORX is looking for a Fitness Sales Associate for its brand-new League City location. This is a conversion-based sales position focused on turning leads into members while building strong relationships within our fitness community. We're seeking someone who is people-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about fitness. HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. Our ideal candidate will have sales experience (required or strongly preferred) and a genuine belief in the power of fitness. You should be confident in outreach, lead follow-up, and closing sales, while helping new members start their fitness journey. This is a part-time position starting at $10/hour with opportunities for commissions based on membership conversions, retention, and retail sales. Average work week is approximately 25 hours. Staffed Hours (League City - Magnolia Creek):

Monday-Thursday:

11am-8pm

Friday:

9am-6pm

Saturday:
