In this role, you will assist customers with their furniture selections, provide knowledgeable support throughout their shopping experience, and help maintain an organized and inviting showroom. Additional responsibilities include creating invoices, operating the register, responding to social media inquiries, and supporting general day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities Maintain a self motivated, detail-oriented approach to daily tasks Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping Create customer invoices using our POS software Collect and post customer payments accurately Monitor and update social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Develop strong product knowledge to guide customer decisions Answer phones promptly and professionally Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable store environment Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service Comfortable using basic computer and POS systems Must be available to work Saturdays
