Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting western boots that match their style and needs Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and explain the benefits of different styles and materials Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell complementary products such as belts, hats, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards Conduct product demos and educate customers on boot care, fit, and style options to promote informed purchasing decisions Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or western apparel; grocery store experience is a plus Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for supporting team efforts Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock management practices Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to upselling and problem-solving Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to become part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding western wear experiences!
