This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position. Associates engage with retail shoppers, identify their internet, mobile, TV, and connectivity needs, explain available Spectrum services, and assist interested customers with completing sales and service enrollments. Candidates must be comfortable approaching customers, recommending service options, completing sales accurately, and working toward individual and team performance goals. This position is employed by Stay Connected Management, an independent sales company representing a Spectrum campaign. It is not direct employment with Spectrum or the retail store. Responsibilities Engage with customers inside assigned retail partner locations Educate customers about available Spectrum internet, mobile, TV, and connectivity services Ask questions to understand each customer's household needs Explain current plans, pricing, promotions, and eligibility requirements accurately Recommend appropriate products and service options Assist interested customers with completing sales and service enrollments Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Maintain current knowledge of Spectrum products, services, and promotions Attend required sales meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching Follow Stay Connected Management, retailer, and client compliance standards Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Represent Stay Connected Management and its client professionally Collaborate with management and other members of the retail sales team Compensation and Employment Full-time W-2 employment Guaranteed base pay of $750-$900 per week, based on experience Uncapped commission opportunity Performance-based bonuses and incentives Weekly pay Paid training Advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership ability The weekly base pay is separate from commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Total earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and earned incentives.
