Plus Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer service and build strong client relationships Drive sales by recommending products and closing transactions Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting Work collaboratively with the team to exceed store goals Participate in floor moves and promotional setup Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks: o Total PL of at least 35% o UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum
Requirements:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred Passion for customer interaction and a positive attitude Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation Not all-inclusive.
