Retail Cashier/Sales Associate Company:

The Lash Supply is one of the top eyelash Manufacturers in Vietnam and the biggest eyelash supply store in the U.S.A The Lash Supply provides the follow services: Wholesale & Retail Eyelash Extension Products, Private Label Lash Tray & Tools (Tweezers, Glue, Lash Foam, Practice Kit, Professional Kit, etc.). As well as having a Franchise Eyelash Supply Store in all states of the U.S.A. Every product has been tested and approved by R D team and industry experts before launching new product. it also goes through an extensive trial program in our personal and partnered salons. • We are looking to hire a Retail Cashier/Sales Associate to joint our growing team.

You will work in an entrepreneurial environment, and with a strong support from corporate and sister companies. We develop you not only knowledge of Lash products but also beauty industry, sale and customer service skill in beauty retail and salon. We care of people because "We Grow as People Grow". The successful candidate for this position must have experience in sale beauty products listed below:

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Communication to customers: Help and consult customers buy the right products,
• Introduction store promotion programs, loyalty program, new products to increase sale
• Using POS (point of sale) system to collect sale payment, issue returns and exchanges
• Help customers in online ordering if needed (with low inventory products)
• Periodically quantity counting and make new request to fill up inventory to ensure enough quantity on display
• Inspection, counting and input into system new receiving inventory from warehouse or suppliers
• Keep store neat and clean (in and out)
• Administrative tasks if required

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish or Vietnamese) is a

HUGE PLUS

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Customer Service:

1 year (Required)

• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: POS, IPad, Email.

Personal Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and Independent
• Consulting, sale, and problems solving
• Friendly and have a strong sense of teamwork

Benefits:
